Stoney Creek Park is located on Ash Street along side of the Stoney Creek. It has
a butterfly garden, children's natural play area, 18-hole disc golf course, picnic area and benches and a walking trail. The natural play area consists of 3 climbing
boulders, several low level tree trunks with letters, numbers and shapes, and a
sand play area. |
Reservations & Rentals:
Picnic shelters, rented in 4-hour incriments. Reservations may be made up
to 1 year in advance. For reservations, please call 739-7480.
Park Operating Hours:
7:00am - 9:00pm (Tennis Courts 10:00pm) March 15 - October 31
7:00am - 6:00pm (Tennis Courts 9:00pm) November 1 - March 14
Sports bags containing such items as horseshoes, playground balls, footballs, volleyballs,
etc. may be checked out for picnics by calling Jeff Winbush at 919-739-7488. |
