MISSION
The mission of the Goldsboro Parks and Recreation Department is to provide a variety
of recreation and leisure activities for a diverse population. We maintain a system
of parks, indoor facilities and open spaces for the enjoyment, safety and well being
of all citizens.
VISION
Our vision is to enrich the quality of life for our diverse and growing community
while establishing a high standard of excellence in our programs, activities, parks,
and facilities.

Our organization values excellent service to our citizens, innovative recreational
programming, professional behavior and development, maintaining attractive parks
